Dear Judith, we sent the goods to your forwarder on September 5th and have been following up the logistics. They arrived at your port on October 29th. You can ask if your forwarder has arrived.
For EXW, we are only responsible for the transportation to the agent's warehouse, and the agent is responsible for the rest.
